SoulMate Sketch does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
No Refund Policy
Due to the personal and digital nature of our services, all purchases made through SoulMate Sketch are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we immediately begin preparing your personalized psychic reading and sketch. Because this work is created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or credits of any kind.
What This Covers
- All reading tiers (Basic, Premium, Ultimate)
- Digital sketch and PDF deliveries
- All upgrade purchases
- Cases where the customer is dissatisfied with the reading
- Cases where the customer changes their mind after purchase
- Duplicate purchases made in error
Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your reading due to a delivery error (e.g., incorrect email address provided, email blocked by spam filters), please contact us at support@luymin.com and we will resend your reading to the correct address. Delivery issues do not qualify for a refund.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us directly may result in your account being permanently banned from our services. We encourage customers to reach out to us first at support@luymin.com if they have any concerns about their order.
